The Birthday of Bruce

Today is Bruce's birthday! Yyyyyaaaaayyyy Bruuuuceeeeyyyy!!! To help celebrate, Greg's friend Sue drove us to the Shinsegae Department Store in Busan, which is apparenlty the largest department store in the world!

I dunno why, but I somehow doubt the authenticity of this document..

It had a butt load of floors. A BUTTLOAD I TELLS YAH.

It never ended! Just like a butt! ... ... ... ...?

While there, we went to this really unique Italian-style restaurant for lunch.

Have you cine de chef?! SEENA DEH CHEF!!?!

Where they played Charlie Chaplin movies on the wall.

I thought I was dining in an art gallery at the Met

We got freshly baked bread..

One of the breads was light purple. I have.. absolutely no idea why.  It was good though!

and... pickles...

I don't think I've had a single meal here where some form of pickled vegetable wasn't included... 

And Jan and I ordered and split an INCREDIBLE sweet pumpkin risotto

IT WAS LIKE BUTTAH

and a four cheese pizza.

SO MUCH MELTY CHEESE OMNOMNOM

AND I ATED IT ALL GONE.

Felt so fat and so satisfied. mmmm.mm....mmm......m......MMMMM..mm

THEN WE TOOK CUTE PICTURES AUUGH

That succeeded in catching everyone in them off guard

Then we went through the food court area at the bottom level of the department store, where they sold EVERYTHING, from dumplings, to sushi, to wine, to ice cream, to organic vegetables... and it was PACKED.

I've noticed that all the food courts in the dept stores in Asia are EPIC

And they had the cutest little steamed buns!!

I see a bunny and a piggie and a porcupine AND IMA EAT THE SHIT OUTTA THEM RAWR

THEN we were off to the Busan Aquarium! (Brucey LOVES aquariums, loves 'em. just.. friggin loves 'em. eats 'em up if he could. Loves 'em.)

Days since last aquatic-related fatality: 0

They had some pretty incredible exhibits and tanks.

Gotta love the fake vines and leaves. Adds such a unique decor.

That Greg wanted to push me in to

In which I sometimes.. got too excited and pushed all the little kids around me outta my way..

AND I ALMOSTED GOTTED EATED!!!WAAH!!

But I fought him off with my manly and muscular BARE HANDS

There was a very colorful fish. I named him Blarmy Saint Joseph. You can call him Blarmy and he is my friend. Meet my friend, Blarmy. Hello, Blarmy!

Hello! He is full of blarm.

oh, and then there was a fish tank car.

They'll be on the American market next summer. 

I tried to open the door and get in but then everyone got mad... yeesh...

Next time, Fish Tank Car... it's between YOU and ME. AND I PROBABLY WON'T BE SOBER.

Then we had some deLiCioUs Korean barbecue with CHICKEN for dinner!
